About Me - How I Started this Journey

​My health journey began over 20 years ago when, as a student, I was working long hours, neglecting my health, and pushing my body beyond its limits.

 

Out of nowhere, I began experiencing sudden, sharp pains throughout my body that constricted my breathing. Even the simplest tasks became unbearable.

 

With traditional medicine, I found no answers.

 

Searching for relief, I discovered holistic health, where I first learned about the profound connection between my health and my diet, habits, and emotional well-being.

 

As I made changes—nourishing my body, releasing stress, and rebuilding my lifestyle—my pain slowly disappeared, and never returned.

 

More than that, I regained control of my health, energy, and life.

 

That transformation was the spark that fuelled my natural health journey.

 

For the past 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to researching and exploring every aspect of natural health—gathering knowledge, refining practices, and uncovering the most effective ways to support the body’s innate ability to heal.

All of this has led me to where I am today—helping others to reclaim their own health, just as I did.

What is Natural Health?

Natural health is based on the belief that the body, with all its remarkable capabilities, can heal and regenerate itself.

 

It holds that true healing occurs when the body is allowed to heal itself without interference.
